Ann, I appreciate the journey I went on with your guidance. Because of the work we did, I am living my life now with a sense of identity, pride and calmness that I never thought possible. I don’t feel anxiety or pressure the way I did for so long.  I now feel I can deal with anything life throws at me, and I am having much more fun!
